“Some Chicago Evening”    October 18


This will be an evening of music, socializing and dancing in the pavilion and on the pool deck under the stars. With music from the band “Chicago” that began in the 60’s and continued to have hits throughout the 70’s and 80’s. They put together a sound that blended brass horns and rock music, along with a style that ranged from raucous and rowdy to beautiful bluesy ballads. Please join us as we get together for the first special event of this season to renew friendships, and get caught up with the other members of our SPR “family”. Our music will begin at 7:00 pm and there will be some snacks provided by SPR Activities, but please feel free to bring along your own refreshments and additional snacks to share if you like.

Be Afraid! Be Very Afraid - of missing out on this raucous and fun-filled evening of ghosts, ghouls and goblins!  I also have it on very good authority that there will be witches and maybe some piggies around too. Prizes for costumes, music and dancing all combine for an evening of fun in this traditional kickoff event of the winter season. This free event begins at 7 pm in the pavilion.
